Parking at Kuah, Langkawi

Yesterday went to Langkawi for a day trip due out system power supply faulty. I completed my task around 430pm, I walked from customer site to the ferry jetty. When I was near to the MacDonald area I heard a siren sounded & I thought it was either ambulance or police. So, I did not bother the siren & went in to MacD to grab some food & drinks. When I came out from MacD, I found that the siren actually generated from a loud speaker to warn those cars that park illegaly at the no parking area. The local council so called "Majlis Penguatkuasa Langkawi" are giving warning to move the car from the no parking area , if fail to do so in betweem 5 minutes. So... when you are in Langkawi, beware when you park your car. Buy parking coupon when you want to park at the parking lot. The parking charge time starts from 8am to 8pm afterthat is all free......
