Bon Odori Festival In Penang - 21-07-2012
Bon Odori Festival celebration at Padang Kota Lama (Fort Conwallis). Peoples dress up with traditional or modern kimono, warrior dress, cost play & etc. There are stage shows of Japanese culture dance mix with modern style. It was a colorful night to remember....

Model Shooting - July 2012
This month's portraiture shooting with two beautiful models, they are Angeline T & Su Nee. The weather on that day were good sunny day & the location were great with superb lighting. Special thanks to Mr.Black for the lighting guide & advising the shooting pose up both model. Thanks to Andy Lee on the Hassle lens. As I can said, it was quite poisonous lens... hahaha...

Another Working Trip To Langkawi
Travel to Langkawi again for this 2nd quarter of the year for work... completed all the servicing job smoothly... during my 3 day trip the weather was good & the skies are blue... managed to capture a great afternoon beach view with day & sunset feel... ha!!

My First Milky Way Galaxy Shot ^__^
My first Milky Way in my Starry night shot.... it was exciting when I first got the shot... the feeling was great as I finally accomplished. Have to thanks my friend Rafe Kwb for driving me & be my shooting buddy during the process. He too had no idea what he was going to get but after he setup. I did some fine adjustment to his Nikon D90 & gotcha.... he too got the Milky Way... :) He asked me... "Why there is a color patch in my shot..?? Is my lens dirty??" I said that's our Milky Way Galaxy ring of star....

Starry Night Shooting
First time attempt to shoot Milky Way from Penang Island.

An Earthquake Occurred During Our New King Installation Day
Things & event that happened this month.
i ) New King Installation on 11 Apr 2012 & same day a 8.5 Richter Scale earthquake in Indonesia causing tremors felt in Penang island on the evening of 11 Apr 2012.
At 1st Avenue shopping complex. People evacuating from the building.
Scene of peoples outside the area between 1st Avenue, Prangin Mall & KOMTAR.
An ambulance arrived at the scene, suspect there maybe peoples injuries during the evacuating.
Traffic jammed on all the road around.
The tsunami warning was announced by the Malaysia Metrology Department but later call off as not tsunami wave detect.

Kek Lok Si Temple - Penang
I went to snapped photo of Kek Lok Si Temple & Guan Yin during this Chinese New Year. The neon lights lite up brightly & colorful from around 1900hrs to 0000hrs. Here are my photo from far & at the temple.
